AGI Studios primary method of project management is a multi-stage development process. The first stage consists of an information gathering meeting held with the client to determine all of the elements that are to be included in the project. At that meeting the client would deliver all blueprints, drawings, CAD files, and collateral materials. (IE. Preferred vendor catalogs, paint swatches, carpet samples, etc.). Also, a production schedule is arranged to guide us through the process. After the initial meeting AGI will begin 'building the models necessary for the project and applying selected materials and texture to each element. Once the models have been completed and materials applied, stills will be rendered and submitted to the client.

These rendered stills are meant to be proofs of material and lighting concepts. Additionally at this time, if necessary, wire frame animations will be delivered to proof the camera path selected through the model. Once the proofs have been approved and signed off, AGI will commit to a final render of the project. All projects are different, periodically, the methodology is adapted to suit the individual project.
