Here you will find an example of how we work an average web project. Phase I Upon preliminary contact a meeting or conference call is scheduled to knock out the details about the sight. Once our design team has an idea about where you want the sight to go, and what you want the sight to do, a proposal will be drawn up. Estimates of design, and programming times will be included into the proposal, in addition to an estimated dollar amount. Phase II Once Copies of any client supplied elements (existing artwork, logos, etc.) have arrived, initial design of the site will begin. This would consist of basic layout of elements and site navigation. We will provide you with a site map (in the form of a flow chart) and examples of the proposed design. When you sign off on the design Phase III Begins. Phase III Phase III consists of long hours of toil by our design and production staff to carve out your little home on the internet. When Production reaches the beta stage you will have the chance to view the site as an almost finished product. At this time you will offer any praise, criticism, or changes you may have in mind. Your site will go live when you have approved the beta and signed off on it. Future Phase This is of course a client option and consists of any site maintenance and updates. |
